Whole Mace(Javitri) is used in flavouring of food and curries. Its decorated with Biryani or Rice making before serving. We bring to you Mace, the spice that is grown in our own farms in Kerala. Mace is the outer shell of Nutmeg fruit and is strongly aromatic, resinous and warm in taste. Whole dried mace is preferred by Chefs and cooks as they can grind them as needed especially in non veg dishes and biryani making. Mace spice enhances color, taste and flavour of foods. Mace has Vitamin A, Vitamin C, Carotenes,Iron and Calcium. It is also used in cakes, pastries,donuts, curries, soups cream sauces and other sweet recipes.
